Connect a website
Some websites and platforms have Facia support built in. For example, a game or shop platform can show your Facia chat as its Support tab. To link your business to one of them, you make a connect code in Facia and paste it into the other site.
#Make a code
- HQ → Settings → Connect a website (
page=connect). Owners and admins. - Press New code. You get a code like
ABCD-EFGH-JKMN. - In the other site's admin panel, paste it where it asks for your Facia support code.

#For platforms that want to offer this
Platforms integrate through Facia's partner programme, with a partner key issued by Facia. They can connect existing businesses by code, look one up by handle or address, and create a new business with an owner login for their users. To become a partner, contact Facia support.
If you just want Facia on your own site, you don't need any of this. Use the embed.
