> Link your Facia support chat to a partner website or platform with a one-time connect code.

# Connect a website

Some websites and platforms have Facia support built in. For example, a game or shop platform can show your Facia chat as its **Support** tab. To link your business to one of them, you make a **connect code** in Facia and paste it into the other site.

## Make a code

1. **HQ → Settings → Connect a website** (`page=connect`). Owners and admins.
2. Press **New code**. You get a code like `ABCD-EFGH-JKMN`.
3. In the other site's admin panel, paste it where it asks for your Facia support code.

| Valid for | 24 hours, one use |
| A new code | Cancels your older unused ones |
| Letters | No 0, O, 1, I or L, so it's easy to read out. Not case-sensitive |
| Limit | 20 codes an hour per person |

## For platforms that want to offer this

Platforms integrate through Facia's partner programme, with a partner key issued by Facia. They can connect existing businesses by code, look one up by handle or address, and create a new business with an owner login for their users. To become a partner, contact Facia support.
