- Single sign-on for embeds, signing clients in from your own site's login.
- Usage plans for voice calls and per-business call servers.
- Self-hosting licence, to run Facia on your own machine.

- Customer satisfaction ratings, round-robin assignment and full-text message search.
- Scheduling a normal channel post from the composer. Use an Announcement block.
- A native app in the app stores. Facia installs from the browser with your name and icon.
